Background
Today, I work as an embedded Fractional CTO, standardizing SDLC and tooling, setting technical direction, and managing infrastructure and contractors for growing teams.
Before founding Sagetech, I spent 10 years in engineering leadership roles, including Technical Lead at Corewell Health and Engineering Manager at both KPMG and SpinDance, working across various technologies and stacks.
Managing small to mid-sized teams, I was responsible for building a culture of engineering excellence, implementing best practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
How I Work
Every engagement is handled personally by me — not handed off to a bench of interchangeable consultants. When you work with Sagetech, you work directly with me, start to finish.
Availability
I take on two engagements at a time, so every client gets direct, hands-on attention.
